This is one of the sample files that comes with Winpro3/TPW. I have received
the authors permission to upload this.

Basically read the alarm.txt file for a description of the generated source
code. The program was generated by just designing the resources using a
resource editor like the Borland Whitwater Resource Toolkit or the Borland
Resource Workshop. Winpro3/TPW then combines these resources (Icons, Menus,
Accelerators, Dialogs window styles etc.. and generates source code for
TPWin. This code uses the Object Windows Library that TPWin comes with.
